Dutch producer Arman Cekin became somewhat of an unexpected figurehead of west coast hustle with his massive 2016 track "California Dreaming,” which went on to garner staggering streaming numbers and receive a feature from Long Beach hero Snoop Dogg himself.
The Netherlands-hailing beat maker and notable remixer has done flips for everyone from Drake and Rae Sremmurd to Calvin Harris. But this time around the producer is flexing his composition chops on an original single all his own. Out now on Spinnin Records’ Trap City imprint, “Money” picks up where “California Dreaming” left off. Close your eyes and picture yourself cruising down the Pacific Coast Highway in a luxury car, lamenting that money was the only thing on your mind, until you met a certain someone. Bubbly vocal chops keep the mood light, and a laid back trap tempo brings the swagger.
