ROZES and Nicky Romero team up for nostalgic future pop anthem "Where Would We Be"

In a dream collaboration of sorts, ROZES and Nicky Romero have joined forces for "Where Would We Be," and it has "anthem" written all over it.

With references like Nintendo 64 (90's kids, stand up), the track is a melancholic slice of electronic pop music oozing with nostalgia. It's nice to see Nicky Romero step aside from his patented electro house sound to dabble in future bass – a prudent move considering it has been steadily creeping into the mainstream thanks to producers like Martin Garrix and Louis The Child. As usual, ROZES slays her vocal, belting with authority throughout the song's entirety. When I chatted with her last summer before her set at Resident in downtown LA, she said all her lyrics are "inspired from things that happen in real life." It doesn't take multiple listens of "Where Would We Be" to realize this powerhouse vocalist truly sings from the heart.
