Anjunadeep's organic house and electronic protege is back with an extensive EP for our ears. Yotto teased the EP's title track, "North," in September, and now has released the full offering that includes 5 original tracks. Easing us in is "Ghost," an other-worldly track, whose entrancing elements take notes from prog masters like Eric Prydz in a way that is revealing itself as Yotto's unique touch. "Off The Grid" is aptly titled with its underground grooves, and "North" seamlessly enters with its expansive sound. "Isolation" takes those beats home, bringing the EP to a close with "Edge of Attention" and its atmospheric minimalism.
North feels like Yotto's statement to the world, as his biggest release since his debut in 2014.
