Dutch singer-songwriter Mr. Probz has hit his stride on his latest release. A soulful, unique track, "Gone" takes notes directly from the funk and disco era and places them into the contemporary pop/electronica fold. Not to mention, a verse from Anderson .Paak – an artist whose soul has become famous for his own gritty take on soul and hip hop – adds to the appeal of the Ultra Music-released single. While Mr. Probz's latest release, "Till You're Loved," has racked up almost 30 million streams on Spotify, "Gone" has debuted alongside its music video.
An other worldly depiction of the two artists, the video for "Gone" is a psychadellic take on a day in the clouds mixed with an old Apple commercial.
Mr. Probz had success with his originals "Nothing Really Matters" and "Waves," seeing the Robin Schulz remix of the latter chart around the world in 2014.
