With her delicate vocals and his happy-go-lucky production, LA based artists Elohim and Whethan are a match made in heaven on their new release "Sleepy Eyes." Accompanied by a technicolor lyric video, their latest track exudes summertime romance with its poetic lyricism and pop-leaning instrumentals.
After remixing Elohim's track "Sensations" last year, Whethan and the singer/producer link up for their first official collaboration. "Sleepy Eyes" showcases Elohim's whimsical voice atop Whethan's less-is-more production. Elohim comments on the release,
"Ethan (Whethan) sent me a rough track he had made sampling my song 'Bridge and The Wall.' I am generally pretty particular about tracks I will work on… but there was something about this one. I fell in love with the feeling instantly and together we created a song that feels like butterflies in the summertime."
Both Elohim and Whethan will jet-set around the United States this fall playing a plethora of tour and festival dates. The former is set to accompany Australian artist Alison Wonderland on her U.S. tour, in addition to playing Lollapalooza and CRSSD before the year is out.
Whethan will embark on his Good Nights North American tour this fall, with Bearson, Opia, Saint WKND, and Ashe confirmed as support on select dates. Check out the artists' full tour schedules below, and fall in love with their collaboration above!
