Producer/DJ Grandior was last featured on EARMILK when he debuted the short film for his single "For The End" last month. His newest offering is a charming new single entitled "Stareway", featuring vocalist Olivia Braga, and additional guitar from Walda B. The song was in part inspired by the very turbulent roll-out of Frank Ocean's highly anticipated sophomore LP(s), written from the perspective of an irritated fan:
"Olivia and I were staring at the computer, waiting for what eventually became the "Endless" video, still skeptical like, the album is never going to drop! Even though it was released shortly after, we thought it would be a fun idea to write the record from the perspective of a disgruntled Frank Ocean fan, and dress it up as a love song."
The piano-led ballad features a laid-back instrumental from Grandior and a reference from one of Frank Ocean's most popular songs, "Lost" in the chorus. Check it above!
