Feenixpawl & APEK released their collaborative single "Quicksand" a few months back. Now, the progressive house track has gotten the remix treatment from DJ/producer Didrick.
The latest version of "Quicksand" still contains the lyrical stylists of singer/songwriter Karra. Didrick's version of "Quicksand" starts off with melodic piano floating in the background as Karra sings her somber lyrics. Things soon change as a drum roll leads into a synth heavy chorus, which really brings up the energy of the song. Didrick does a exceptional job of creating a version of "Quicksand" that is fun and easy to listen to without pulling away from the formula that made the original version so popular. This song would be a great addition to your end of summer playlist.
