The Divine Council is a group comprised of Virginian rappers $ilkMoney, Cyrax, Lord Linco, and Chicago-based producer IcyTwat (who also raps under Lil Glo Fendi). The Council is one of the more interesting groups to arise from Soundcloud obscurity due to their unique brand of lo-fi hip-hop largely shaped by the spaced-out melodic & boisterous instrumentals courtesy of in-house producer IcyTwat and a their inventive DIY music videos.
It appears that the group has managed to capture the attention of another pivotal group in the underground scene, the WEDIDIT Collective. The LA-based crew announced a new imprint label, Tombstone Recordings, through which they will be promoting singles for artist outside of the immediate camp. The inaugural release is titled "The Fine Household" and features 3/4 s of the Divine Council ($ilk, Cyrax, & Linco) on a 90's Memphis throwback instrumental produced by the dark wizard Shlohmo.
