We're all pretty familiar with the big vocalists in dance music. As it stands, outside of major collaborations, the industry has a few names who dominate the scene as the featured voice on tracks where DJs get the headlining name: Amba Sheperd, Taylr Renee, and Jonathan Mendelsohn to name a few. More recently, we've seen a few of these artists (like JES) going out on their own to declare their solo career through a whole artist album, letting their true colors and stylistic preferences shine through entirely.
The latest vocalist to embark on a solo career is Rosette, who you might remember from various tracks on Ultra and Spinnin', where she's collaborated with artists like Blasterjaxx, Gabriel & Dresden and Ian Carey.
"Sweetest Mistake" is a track that could go in all sorts of directions: radio play, festival play or getting remixed by various artists. Rosette's first release is quite the statement, boasting not only her powerful vocals but impressive production. And that's not on accident, as the seasoned artist has of course made connections along her way, and enlisted the help of her friends Benny Benassi and Daddy's Groove on the track. Out soon via Ultra Records, you can check it out here first below.
