Psychadelic rock has come a long way through time, from it's prominence with acts like Grateful Dead and Jefferson's Airplane, to 90's Texas rockers Butthole Surfers to now. Nashville-based Psych-rockers have done a great job adapting the sound to modern tastes while holding the core elements of the long-standing genre in place. As they gear up for the release of their EP Uno on May 26th, the act shares with us today their lead single "Tumbleweed." This single is a pristine mixture of lackadaisical melodies, sultry vocals, moving bass lines, and an atmosphere that disorients and delights the listener at the same time. Their sound is robust and rich in influences from past purveyors of the genre, while incorporating modern synths and a groovy vibe that will transport you into the headspace of it's creators.
