David Blazer, a.k.a. A Sol Mechanic, has been around the EARMILK block quite a few times thanks to his diverse unique sounds he brings to the table. His music has changed and evolved over the past few years and his craft has been slowly but surely getting a little sharper every time. From hip-hop inspired beats to straight up experimental, A Sol Mechanic has been upping his arsenal with every release.

Today at EARMILK, you'll get to be among the first to listen to what he has been brewing in the kitchen as of late. "Wait And See" is a taste of the direction he is taking his music, and it does not disappoint. This tune is mellow with dashes of r&b influence that is complemented and spotlighted by JoJo Armani's misty vocals. One element that took us by surprise (a pleasant one at that) is his use of a heavy, saturated bass in which he pretty much avoided in his previous work. It gives the song unexpected weight and clashes wonderfully with the silky smooth beats laid out in the background.

Stream that drippy dip below.

The name is Phil. I've been with EARMILK for handful of years now. I love all sorts of music, and I tend to change up what type of music I'm into throughout the year. However, one thing is certain: I love anything chill and mellowed out. A lot of the time, you'll see me covering smooth, chilled out grooves through our infamous Daily 2% series. 80 BPM is love, 80 BPM is life.
