Back a few weeks ago, Sir Bob Cornelius Rifo, better known as frontman behind The Bloody Beetroots, unleashed an avalanche of old tracks that reminded us of the golden days of electro house. This release foreshadowed his new project, SBCR, which sees the artist moving away from the heavy electronic-infused rock performances and back into the pure DJ sets we know of old. Building on the nostalgia of yesteryear, "The Grid" comes as a maniacal prelude of shifting synth melodies and unrelenting bass, heralding the rest of SBCR & Friends, Vol. 1 that includes Moon Bounce, Razihel, Elisa Bee, and His Majesty Andre. Check the March 17th Dim Mak release below and peep the dates for a short, but sweet, U.S. tour.
