For the second single off his yet-to-be-detailed album, Top Dawg Entertainment emcee Jay Rock has recruited none-ther-than the king himself Kendrick Lamar – that name may or may not ring a bell. All joking aside K. Dot has certainly been garnering more attention than Jay Rock lately, but the latter has managed to hold his own (especially on this song in particular) with two solid verses. With "Pay For It" and lead single "Parental Advisory" that dropped earlier this month, fans have become hopeful about the prospect of a new quality Jay Rock album, whenever it's finally announced.
On the Kendrick tip, the "i" rapper is in the process of staging a massive resurgence. His divisive last solo offering gave fodder to the Internet for weeks and now, with this, there's almost no chance you'll see his name disappear before the release of his next album – one that's most likely due out at the top of 2015.

Kendrick has a few interesting lines in his verse, potentially calling out Drake. If the verse was aimed at the OVO leader, it'd be the second time Lamar called out the Toronto emcee in a track. On his highly-debated "Control" verse from last year, Drake was one of the rappers over which Kendrick presided – though Drizzy took it in stride, later calling Kendrick a "king" during his OVO Fest set.
