Austrialian producer Hook N Sling is no stranger to big festival crowds. This past weekend, he graced the main stage of New York's Electric Zoo Festival before the rain hit, bringing his laid back, fun filled Bondi Beach to Randall's Island Park on Friday afternoon. There, we got to sit down with him, and instead of discussing his melodic dance hits that emulate his same disposition or collaborations with friends NERVO, Axwell and others, we got a peak into what he brings with him to every show.

Laptop
Accessorized with a sticker commemorating the best haircut I ever got from Tommy J in Sydney. It was a really good hair cut. The last time I went to see Tommy J was about four months ago. There's also some random shit for my laptop that I use so I can make music while I'm on the road.
Headphones
I use Beats.
Receipts
These are from my past… I went to Universal Music for a meeting… and bought something off of Willy for $8.54 at Georgia Brown in DC.
Earplugs
Heroes brand earplugs. I'm actually using shitty foam ones, I didn't even put them in today.
Phone Charger
I've got a regular one, but this one is my mega phone charger.
Gum
For when you're going on no sleep. It's like showering or brushing your teeth.
Hydration
I'm trying to get an endorsement from San Pellegrino. If I keep carrying this and talking about them maybe it will happen one day. I've got coffee flavored coconut water, that's a new one.
Clothes
This is in case the rain comes. It's really cool, when you take a photo of it with flash it's got reflective tape that shines really brightly.
