Reed Krafft aka Dreamers Delight is something of a very special story, a kid currently traveling the world immersing himself in culture from mysterious Seoul to the mystic nights of Costa Rica. He is a young artist finding out how much beauty this world really has to offer, while continuing to become one hell of a producer. A couple months back Reed reached out to me asking if I would be interested in hearing some unreleased music he was sitting on, and I was blown away to hear almost 15 diverse originals ready to go. Thankfully we have the chance to premiere one of those young classics, as we give you "Sky Girl".
Something of a euphoric journey from start to finish, "Sky Girl" is just one of those songs that instantly hits home. A build up softer than fading clouds in a sunset, into a water slide of ecstasy held together by production value well beyond his years and holds ground with something of a Flume project. The drop makes me close my eyes and smile every time, as he chops up the track into gold continuing to astonish me that his artist page only has 200 likes on Facebook. A four minute work of art that is so refreshing on these long dog days of summer, making it one of those tunes you know you won't soon forget. Do yourself a favor and don't sleep on this talent, he has a bright future ahead of him when he returns stateside from his cultural pilgrimage.
