The UK has a huge reputation for producing some of the finest vocalists gracing the music industry today. The likes of multi-award winning Adele, whose impressive Grammy's haul speaks for itself, has asserted her presence on the scene, paving the way for a whole host of new up-and-comers to take their shot at singing glory.
One nineteen year old female vocalist by the name of Ella Martini, is about to embark on her own musical journey, and isn't scared of the massive footprints laid out before her. Indeed, at such a young age it would be easy for someone to get ahead of themselves and take their talents for granted, but not Ella. Coming days after she got through to the final stages of the MOBO 'Unsung' competition, where the organisers asked her to enter, she has released her latest single "Dealing With This", which explores the effects of a break up, learning to grow up and self-discovery. Backed by a rich piano laden beat with some really bumpin' drums underneath, Ella soulfully sings her way through the subjects in hand, and in a rather upbeat manner considering the lyrical content. With two singles now under her belt, this young but very promising singer-songwriter is well and truly on the start of her path to what we all hope will be super-stardom, I for one will be enjoying the ride!
