Hear Chloë Grace Moretz's Summer-Ready Playlist [Exclusive]

Coachella's first weekend may have ended, but we've got a set of tunes to keep festival goers moving on good vibes throughout the week—or for some of you who won't get the chance to make it out this year, throughout the next few months leading into the summer. Young badass Chloë Grace Moretz reached out and took some time to compile a list of her favorite 11 songs at the moment, some of which were previously featured on EARMILK and some other great finds we're excited to introduce.

The actress famously known for her role as Hit-Girl in the superhero comedy Kick-Ass and last year's remake of Carrie has been busy to say the least. She's relocated to New York City to star in the off-Broadway play The Library. Written by Scott Z. Burns and directed by Academy Award winner Steven Soderbergh, the drama stars Moretz as a high school shooting victim piecing together memories in the aftermath (via The New York Times). Tonight (April  15) is opening night. On top of that, Moretz has wrapped a few films, including: Dark Places, the Charlize Theron-starring film adaptation of Gillian Flynn's bestselling mystery novel; The Equalizer, a thriller alongside the legendary Denzel Washington; and If I Stay, a drama based on Gayle Forman's novel about a young musical prodigy left in a coma after a car accident.

Moretz is every bit as down to earth and laid back as she seems, and just as much of a fan of the music as any of us. Don't be surprised if you see her at Governor's Ball this summer. With picks from Chance the Rapper, Mapei, CHVRCHES, Nelly (yes, that disco synth-loaded Viceroy remix), acoustic quartet Reuben and the Dark, new Los Angeles girl pop duo SIREN and electronic two-piece Vindata, her playlist is fun and well-rounded. "We need those summer beats," she says. Vibe below!
