Muzzaik gives us the 'Gravy'

It's becoming clear where Hungarian house duo Muzzaik's inspirations come from through their roster of remixes like that of Yves Larock's "Push It," and their latest EP entitled Gravy. Comprised of two groove bumping tracks out on Great Stuff Recordings today, this EP makes clear the duo's intention to make their mark on 2014 with their modern take on disco music. Pulling their inspiration from the hardbag movement from the 1990s as we often see them doing, "Roar" has that super nostalgic and retro feel to it that we know as the sound of artists like C&C Music Factory and La Bouche. And "Gravy" feels a little more contemporary with its electro add ons and a universally pleasing vocal sample.
