Brighton based beauty Moya recently released her debut album Lost and Found that introduced the world to the rising star and sent her on a touring spree across the UK and Europe over the past few months. Now with her stand out single “Making Me Fall” stirring up praise for its ‘intelligent pop’ style, the singer/songwriter has now teamed up with Hedonism Music to release a remix compilation for the track.
Today we have the premiere of Belgium’s own Olivier Grégoire aka Kolombo’s deep house take on the single. No stranger to the remix game, Kolombo has taken on every one from Sion to Ben Pearce, adding his own technical touches to already outstanding tracks, but ultimately making it his own to emerge from the bunch. On his latest remix for Moya, Kolombo stays true to form; highlighting classic deep house fundamentals and bedrocking them with Moya’s extra catchy and euphoric vocals as well as a thumping kick/snare beat. The remix package also includes music from Andre Chom and Chi Thanh, Stu Patrics, and Kolombo once again, for an entirely new dub style take on “Making Me Fall”. The remix package will be available on Beatport November 22nd via Hedonism Music.
