Best known for last year’s hit with fellow countryman Tommy Trash, “Sunrise (Won’t Get Lost)”, Australian DJs and producers The Aston Shuffle have returned to the scene with “Can’t Stop Now”, the lead single off their upcoming album. Having been ranked No. 1 by Australia’s DJ poll, inthemix50, along with a debut album that reached No. 1 on the iTunes Electronic Chart, the duo has seen a rise to fame that many only dream of. “Can’t Stop Now”, which seems poised to match the success of “Sunrise”, will be receiving remix attention from Matisse & Sadako, Plastic Plates, and today’s artist, Special Features (aka Eden Anderson).

A few months back we were able to speak with Anderson and premiere his remix of Ellie Goulding’s “Only You”, now reaching almost 200,000 plays on Soundcloud. Bringing The Aston Shuffle’s latest masterpiece under his care, he puts a heavenly twist on the introduction with harp-like plucking and vocal reverbs, all leading up to the impending drop: a brilliant burst of Anderson’s signature chords intertwined with thumping bass. While the original satisfies your dancing needs, the remix brings a liveliness to the track, making it into a perfectly uplifting progressive house rager. Listen to both tracks below, be posted for news on the upcoming full album, and keep tabs on Anderson who has more time to produce now that he's out of school.
