London Goth Pop songstress Charli XCX enlisted the help of one of the hottest rappers in the game right now, Danny Brown, to hop onto the remix of her track "What I Like". The Detroit born MC, drops a dope verse in his usual unique style over the synth driven beat. His flow and presence lifts the track up and his energetic, bouncing over the beat, instantly makes you start nodding your head. Danny seems to be in demand at the moment, with many artists clambering over each other to get him to jump on their tracks. He's already jumped onto tracks and remix's by the likes of The Purist, Ricky Hil and Purity Ring, adding an extra dimension to their tracks.
Charli XCX dropped her major label debut album a couple of days ago, entitled True Romance. The 13 track project (not including the 12 remix's you get on iTunes) demonstrates all of the talents that has made Charli an up and coming star in the music industry, definitely worth a listen!
