I'd been feeling a little old lately. My birthday is coming up, and with another year added to my age, I had begun to think that it was time to say goodbye to some of the crazy antics I'd done in years passed. It first came up when I just couldn't, for the life of me, fall in love with a certain DJ (who will remain unnamed) and his production style.
Thankfully, Los Angeles based moombahton rockstar Dillon Francis came out with a new track, and he might have just saved me into staying young for a little longer. It's called "Messages", and it's being released under Mad Decent.
Initially hesitant as it seemed to be a little watered down compared to his earlier work, the more I listened to this song, the more I realized I loved the track. It's melodic, catchy, and considering that it's still only in the first half of the week, a great pick-me-up for the lull of the Tuesday morning.
Thank you Dillon Francis for taking me out of that slump. Now let's get ravey.

"Messages" is on sale via iTunes, Beatport, and Amazon. Dillon Francis is also on a United States tour with Oliver, named in traditional Dillon Francis style: Wurld Turr.
