Much has happened since the last time we heard from Calvin McElroy's independent project, Kuhrye-oo. To refresh your memory, McElroy is part of Canada's hyperactive trio Born Gold and all three members are supporting Grimes' live band. Kuhrye-oo separates McElroy from the hectic touring of Born Gold and Grimes. Today, New York's UNO released three electronic edits by Kuhrye-oo. One of the tracks include a dark moody take on Rose Royce's "Love Don't Live Here". You can download these edits by clicking on the rotating cube via UNO. This free giveaway sets anticipation for Kuhrye-oo's self titled EP, sometime next month. In the meantime, don't forget to catch him with Born Gold and Grimes at Glasslands Gallery this Saturday.
