Here's an EP from an artist that has admittedly slipped under my radar, despite his tunes floating around in mixes from the likes of French Fries, Scratcha, and Sound Pellegrino. Hailing from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Magnum joins the music scene representing the rapidly growing sound of stripped down, bass-heavy house music. After seeing his own remixes featured on big releases like Masters of Complication by Canblaster, Magnum comes out stronger than ever with a three track EP entitled All Over Me from label 92 Points Recordings.
This three track EP is set to drop on 13 January 2012 on vinyl and digital. With the title track and b-side carrying the dark and bass-heavy sound we have come to expect from past releases, the real genius comes in the French Fries remix of "Dense".
