Belgium duo Sound of Stereo are no strangers to the scene but their releases still make you wonder whether or not that's candy you're listening to. A fusion of tech house percussions and dutch annoyances but with an added layer of electro experimentation. They're kind of a hit and miss, their Zipper and Flatland EPs really had me thinking these guys were going to be huge but I don't think anyone could wrap their heads around Helium. Now the boys are back with Hurricane, a chromatic whirlwind of arpeggiators caught in the storm of a sharp and drizzly bassline. Believe it or not Beatport calls this Techno, I call it thunder.
