Epic new Austrian band HUNGER unveil latest track “AMUSED” [Premiere]

Vienna, Austria's emerging new band HUNGER is the latest tastemaker to rise within the modern electronic pop rock scene. Their latest offering, "AMUSED," is a cinematic blend of new age alt-rock and euro synth-pop. With an onslaught of explosive sonic builds, hard-hitting vocals and percussions, this track delivers a profoundly dynamic new alt-rock sound. Check it out below:

The track maintains a powerful progression from start to finish. Consisting of Lucas Fendrich (vocalist), Daniel Rumpel (guitarist), and Johannes Herbst (bassist/keyboardist), the trio's deeply rich melodies are supported by unwavering guitar riffs and spirited percussions that swoon with thick, smoldering synth rock ballads.

"'Amused' describes those very first moments of love when meeting someone who just makes you forget the world around of you. Everyone knows that feeling and tension, making you wanna break out and feel alive. When writing the song we tried to wrap all our personal and individual stories into one, both in the lyrics and in sound. The band sought out British producer Dan Weller, when they originally hit the studio back in the fall of 2014. Since then, the band has quickly been taking their sound worldwide with a minor debut performance here in the U.S. just last month. This is certainly a band on the rise and soon to become a prominent force within the evolving alt-rock scene.
