Though it's now starting to become more family friendly, growing up in Las Vegas is something that very little people can relate to. While every city has its own special qualities, experiencing Vegas on a day-to-day basis as a child is something that deserves its own book, complete with highs and lows that would be surprising to most. Hailing from the city herself, rising singer Amy Jaime is fit for any highs and lows that life may throw at her, whether it's through work, family, friends or love. Touching on the latter, she checks into our pages for the first time with her engaging new single "1-800 PICKUP CALL."

Produced by Nathan Morales, the song kicks off with infectious drum riffs, establishing the acoustic sound that serves as the sonic compass of the production as it begins to evolve into something else. The evolution of the production is accompanied by Amy, who croons a relatable record about the highs and lows of being in relationships. Over the record, she wrestles through different emotions inside that are making her feel conflicted, eventually coming around to the fact that nobody can love her until she loves herself, properly. Showcasing a vast vocal range, she also highlights her knack for staying in pocket. While many developing artists love to push the boundaries, sometimes too much, Amy knows her strengths and spends the majority of the record flexing them successfully.

Take a listen to the single below and get familiar with Amy Jaime.
