Cleveland-based Hip-Hop/indie rock group SomeKindaWonderful has been a roll recently. You've probably already heard their cover of the 2pac classic "California Love" (and if you haven't, you should probably check it out). More recently, the group just released their debut single, "Reverse" to support their upcoming tour. Now, we are treated to yet another stellar cover of a hip-hop classic. Their take on The Notorious B.I.G.'s "Juicy" is primed for the SoCal treatment as it mellows out the song, trading in the original's 80's synth-R&B roots for the bands stylized indie rock influences. Most interestingly, the group intersperses clips of Christopher Wallace's actual vocals with that of the band members. It's a original take on the classic, and should put you in a nice, mellow, chilled-out mood for the weekend. So check it out below, and you can grab yourself a free copy of the song from the group's FB page.
