Everything Londoner George Fitzgerald touches at the moment is turning to pure house gold. Following the successes of "Child" and "Thinking of You", George turns to Swiss-born Deetron's "Out of my Head" (featuring Ovasoul7) for this latest remix. DJs all over the UK seem to be obsessed with Fitzgerald's music right now, dropping it in almost every set, and why shouldn't they? Restrained beats with smooth synths, intelligent percussion and often accompanied by an incredibly catchy vocal number.
This remix is no different, starting off with a slow, downtempo vocal before dropping a synth far heavier and less conservative than we are used to from the Hotflush native. This is followed by equally heavy percussion that nicely contrasts Ovasoul7's silky smooth vocals. House music in the UK has come into the mainstream with acts like Duke Dumont and Disclosure, and this trend looks set to continue with DJs like Fitzgerald consistently creating big tunes like these.
