According to TMZ, rapper Gucci Mane was released from prison Thursday morning. The rapper was set to be released four months from now, but his lawyer, Drew Findling, appealed that the rapper had not been credited with previous time that he had served. The report also states that the rapper will be under house arrest for a few months, followed by probation of indeterminate length. The rapper has been in prison, since Sept 2013. Gucci Mane was originally indicted for being found with a loaded gun as a convicted felon. Gucci's label 1017 Records tweeted that he is already in the studio one hour after his release.
