Over the last few months, Kesha has been publicly battling a vicious litigation against her producer Dr. Luke over his for his alleged rape of the pop star. While Kesha has lost many of the legal skirmishes in her attempt to seek release from her contract with the producer, Lady Gaga, Lorde and many other celebrities have flocked to the pop star's side to offer support.
There are people all over the world who love you @KeshaRose. And I can say truly I am in awe of your bravery.

House music giant, Zedd, was among the musicians to vocalize support for Kesha tweeting that "very very sorry to hear about the whole situation" and that he would be willing to help her if she needed production help.

Today, the German DJ tweeted the cover of single they'll be releasing on Friday, titled "True Colors." The track title is a not-so-subtle nod to the current situation of Kesha's legal standing with Sony and her assailant. Zedd's publicist was not readily available to confirm if this meant Kesha received a release from her contract with Dr. Luke or if this project resulted in retaliation to the ongoing litigation.
