Ryderz unite, JOYRYDE is back with another heater to keep you off your seat. Known for his adrenaline pumping sound and cinematic inspired tunes, JOYRYDE falls far from the cookie cutter sound found in electronic music today. It's as if each of his releases are part of a larger narrative, a Hollywood soundtrack to accompany heists, drug busts, car races and anything felonious. With viral hits including "The Box" and "Fuel Tank", the artist only fortifies his brand and signature style with each release. JOYRYDE's sound is badassery in it's rawest form, gritty, powerful and to the point.

"DAMN" straddles JOYRYDE's more hip-hop side of things, with attitude filled verses from Freddie Gibbs. The track already begins as an absolute inferno, wasting no time by introducing it with wonky hollow 808's and Freddie Gibbs' deep vocals. Subtle dubstep slips rock over the vocals with a tactful screech included here and there. The track only becomes more and more loaded throughout with an unsurmountable bass pumping. Each vocal sample included creates a unique effect that forces listeners to "read in between the lines". Each siren, gun shot and sporadic shout is a complete dialogue that makes the track so unique. Once again JOYRYDE has taken us through an absolute sonic trip that leaves us only fiending for more.
