The calm and soothing tone of The Half Earth’s new track "Borders" manages to be both tranquil and yet energizing. What starts off with a vibe similar to what you’d find in a Bon Iver song quickly and somewhat unexpectedly builds itself in pace and power. While the track retains its mood elevating softness with vocals that are truly ethereal in nature, it manages to create a strong and anchoring backbone. The transitions are seamless yet the strengthening and driving beat in this track expands in intensity as the song develops.
Currently working out of Sheffield, The Half Earth will be joining with Lucy Rose on her tour throughout the United Kingdom with dates coming up as early as next week through till August.
