Na Palm has been spending the last few months cooking up some new and original music for his fans. It has been a little over a year since Mr. Palm delivered us an original track. This is a slight departure from the Electronic Chronic series he brought us this summer.

Today we have the windy city kid's behind the scenes footage from his first release “Heart Beats Away”. The single officially drops next Tuesday, December 18 and the official video January 8. In the meantime, take a look inside the creative process and some serious clowning around behind the scenes. The video was shot and produced by 4 Door Studios out of Chicago using video projection mapping. If you aren’t familiar with 3D mapping, imagine taking a white wall and transforming it into a moving car or crumbling building. The technique can turn a surface into a dynamic video display using specialized software to wrap and mask the projected image to fit any irregularly shaped screen. The end result? A dynamic projection installation that surpasses ordinary video projection. Sneak a peek behind the scenes and get ready for a seriously hot house track coming your way soon.
