Mashup Monday – We're back again with some of the freshest mashes to start your week off right. These are the mashes that are worth hearing, so stop your searching and instead settle down at your computer… turn up your speakers… and get ready for that sweet nectar that only EARMILK can give ya. Let's GO.
Grabbed this video from a friend this morning, and was immediately impressed. While this may not be completely on the level of Madeon's "Pop Culture", I loved the chill nature of the video. Titled "Walking In Your Mind", this live video mashup could certainly lead to some self-introspection. However, don't confuse this with our Daily 2% feature section because I'll have a healthy mix of faster-paced mashups.

And now that I've cleared our minds, it's time to awaken them with some new mashups. Starting off with N3AKO's new mashup that makes full use of Dada Life's new banger "Kick Out The Epic Motherf*cker", and combines it with some "Raise Your Head" by Alesso. This is the final track before N3AKO releases his 5 track HAU5TEP EP next Monday, so hopefully this gets you ready for the EP. After N3AKO, we got my man Pineapple Goblin Trott or PGT for short. There is just something about his track that makes me want to turn up the volume. It could be the vocal chopping, it could be the samples, but all I know is that PGT is someone that I'm going to keep expecting big things from.
Mr. Roger's Productions combines Jay-Z and Kanye's "N***as in Paris" with some hip hop newcomer J.Cole. Certainly makes sense as to why J.Cole signed with Jay-Z's Roc Nation because vocally he goes well with the "Paris" instrumental. Making a secondary appearance for me is DJ Fergie Ferg who takes DJ Bahler's original mash "Swimming in Solace" and absolutely kills it. It's certainly more of a chill mashup, but damn does Blink-182 sound good combined with some Kid Cudi.
Other 2 tracks of note are DJ Rudy and DJ Santa's "Titanium Love" along with Tommy Nicks' "Country Hands". Rudy and Santa's track is heavy with the EDM with Rihanna carrying the track vocally, while Tommy Nicks throws us a massive curveball and combines Waka Flocka with country. Yeah, you read that right. I'm sure the track will be divisive, but I liked the leap of faith and ballsiness to try it out and I thought it worked. And then you have DOSVEC. Man can he absolutely lay some heavy dubstep mash bangers. His "Forever Cloudburn" is from his DIFF dubstep album/mix, so if you want more than an hour of dubstep mashup mix then make sure to check it out at the bottom. BUT make sure to check out all the tracks below and get to downloading because it's finals week and these will certainly be a nice early Christmas present.
