DMZÖ – Fuck It, There's No Sleeping

A simple math equation for you: Kap Slap + 3LAU. The solution? Press play.

Now let's talk about natural-born talents for a minute. This kid, DMZÖ, is a small-time mash-up producer. I'm not throwing the word "kid" out there for fun. He's eighteen. He's got an ear. And based on one of his first releases, "Fuck It, There's No Sleeping", he's got quite a future ahead of him.

The mash starts with an electro-disco twist, falling gradually into a techno-tango of vocals. The vibe takes a Daft Punk-esque turn towards the middle, ending with a full-blown electro/house finale. Some of the featured artists in this mash: Rihanna, Far East Movement, Adele, Waka Flocka, Wiz Khalifa, & Steve Aoki. Perfect for those of you who are like me and have music ADD. Enjoy!

  • this is horrible. you cant just throw vocals that are in a certain key in if they arent in the same key.

    • Yeah I agree with this actually. 'Horrible' might be a bit harsh but whenever the keys clash it feels weird.

  • Henri & Adam, I do appreciate the constructive criticism! No hard feelings. Thank you for pointing out this suggestion and I'll definitely work on this next time! :) If you'd like to shoot me some other ideas or "pointers" that you'd like to hear in future productions feel free to shoot me an email at dmzoofficial@gmail.com!
