Daily 2% – Chilled and Ready to Serve [Michael Franti & Spearhead]

Really hot thumbnail for this article post!

This is your Daily 2% – Chilled and Ready to Serve. We will try to bring you one "chill" track every day. This is for when you get home and you are trying to unwind. You reach for that glass of wine or that unlit Black & Mild or maybe you reach for something more herbal. This track is for those times. We are just your milkmen and I'm here to make a delivery. Chill…

Today's delivery is brought to you by Michael Franti & Spearhead. This is one those unique tracks that you should instantly appreciate whether you are a fan of its particular genre or not because you recognize the unique blend of different sub-genres that it took to produce the track. The track is called "Ganja Babe" and its been chosen as a Daily 2% for obvious reasons other than the title. It's a chill track and soothing at the same time when you take in to account Michael Franti's voice which is definitely recognizable. He sounds like a blues singer who just switched genres and it works perfectly. And I also have to give a shout out to my girlfriend, Brie, for pointing out to me that this track would make a perfect Daily 2% and you know what..she's right. Before I'll submit a daily 2%; I will play the song for my chick just to see her reaction and if she looks bored it definitely doesn't make the cut but this track definitely didn't bore. So check out the track and relax so the soothing sounds of Michael Franti & Spearhead. Chill…
